We have just wrapped up our fourth season at Rio Manso Lodge and what a season it has been. Big fish, great food, and of course the beautiful surroundings of Nahuel Huapi National Park have all combined to make it one of our best. |

 Since we were collecting all the fishing data on both sides of the Argentina-Chile border on the Río Grande in Tierra del Fuego for many years, we are able to inform you all that there are good news for the whole river, but, mostly, for the upper stretch, in Chile. You can have a glimpse on the Cameron Lodge’s Fishing Records since 1999 for both, sea run and resident brown trouts, shown below, where you can see the evolution of the fishing and the numbers related to it. |

The fishing for the anadromous brown trouts on the río Grande in Tierra del Fuego, Chile, is improving remarkably year after year. The statistics collected during the last five years of operations by Magallanes Fly Fishing Ltda, operator of the Cameron and Onamonte lodges, are showing us astonishing numbers. |
